In 2009, after spending 32+ years as a ASE certified collision paint technician, the economy took a nose dive and I needed to find another avenue of revenue.
My wife and I started a new direction and it led us to Colortec/Paintbull. After attending the school, I started business in October of 2009.
At the present time, I am calling on approximately 18 dealerships.
Keys to success in this business:
1) Be relentless in cold call selling
2) Highlight one part of the total system to get your foot in the door, i.e. highlights
3) You have to be better than the competition. In the Detroit area, the competition is fierce.
4) Always be honest, helpful and give the highest quality at a fair price
